Sky Crossing, The 410 acre chunk of land at the Northwest of Black Mountain Pkwy/Cave Creek and Deer Valley Road is a joint venture recently purchased by Taylor Morrison (Sanctuary) and Pulte (Fireside). The land is zoned for 15 parcels consisting of NINE different single family detached home products ranging from 1500-5000 sq ft of home square footage.
There will be both gated and non gated sections, activity centers, parks, and an NEW elementary school. The official Groundbreaking is coming soon in the spring of 2017, the models open in the Spring of 2018 and the first homes completing construction winter of 2018.
Although the development is NOT part of the Desert Ridge Master Plan, Sky Crossing has been annexed as part of PVUSD. When the new elementary school is open, students will be going to Wildfire Elementary. The area and community landscapes will resemble Aviano at Desert Ridge and Fireside Real estate styles/colors.
